a LOT of stuff happend since my last journal entry. looks like there's actually money in shirt prints, who would have known?
since my first shirt being printed at Teefury I had numerous more prints (on TeeFury, but on other sites as well) and even sold some shirts and even designs myself.

I created various pop culture designs (inspired by TV shows and such, Futurama, Twin Peaks, Breaking Bad and what-not) which sell well enough ... but the next big step just has to be crazy & really f'ed up original designs. This is the upside. Downside is that, even tho I do this to make money in order to creat & publish my graphic novel, it takes a lot of time to create, but moreso to promote & sell these designs. I'll have to push a little harder on the novel if I wanna get this done anytime soon ... but the money, the fame, the fun (yeah, it's actually fun to create those ... it's paid better than the dayjob I have, and I actually learn useful stuff by simply doing. that's good, right?)

since I kinda won a fully licensed copy of CorelDraw5x earlier, I now can use a proper vector program / graphic suite and don't have to either use otehr people's computer or freeware tools to create stuff, makes me happy.

anyway ... I'll post new stuff oo, new shirt designs in the making ... and the novel creeps onwards ... slowly but surely!
